Payment Terms

• Payment Plans: We offer payment plans for your convenience. Payments must be made on the scheduled dates. If you are unable to make a payment, please contact me immediately so we can make arrangements. Failure to communicate within 30 days of a missed payment will result in forfeiture of your getaway slot.

• Final Payment Due Date: Final payment is due 30 days prior to the trip.

• No Refund for Discomfort: Discomfort or unease related to travel or quarantine requirements will not be considered for refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable.

What If I Can No Longer Attend?

• The trip cost is non-refundable, and travel insurance is required for your protection.

• Full Payment Requirement: 100% full payment is required regardless of cancellation. (See Trip Transfer below)

• Transfer of Trip: If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may transfer your trip to a family member or friend, who can either continue the remaining payments or take over if all payments are made. However, deposits and payments remain non-refundable. The transferee must be interviewed prior to acceptance.

• The non-refundable policy is due to advance payments for lodging, transportation, and meals, which affect other participants if adjustments are made.

Cancellation by A Getaway for Mamas

• Low Registrations: In the rare event of a cancellation due to low registrations, the participant will be given the option to transfer all payments to a future getaway or receive a full refund. A Getaway for Mamas cannot compensate participants for airfare, hotel, and travel costs incurred.

• Force Majeure: In the event of cancellation due to dangerous weather, political unrest, acts of God, or other force majeure events, any refund provided will depend on A Getaway for Mamas receiving a refund from the venue. A Getaway for Mamas cannot compensate participants for airfare, hotel, and travel costs incurred. Travel insurance is a great option to use in such cases.

Travel Insurance

• Required: Travel insurance can protect participants against participant cancellation, A Getaway for Mamas' cancellation, lost or delayed baggage, medical expenses, and the cost of repatriation should the participant become ill or injured. It is required that all participants purchase travel insurance, including a 'cancel for any reason' option, to protect against the rare chance of cancellation.

Getaway Changes

• A Getaway for Mamas reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary by its team, leaders, teachers, or business partners. We want our guests to have an excellent time, and any changes made will be replaced with a comparable option.
